Return Policy

To protect the health of our employees and customers, we cannot exchange toys or intimate apparel (such as lingerie, thongs, massagers, etc.) It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ordering the correct product.

Defective Item

If you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service department and they can help expedite your submission and process of replacement through the manufacturer warranty. You can also go directly to the manufacturer and submit your request for a replacement.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours.  If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,  we will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

Exceptions /Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please email our customer service department if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Incorrect Item Shipped

If there is a mistake in the item shipped to you, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can replace it with the correct item ordered. In order to start the exchange process, a return authorization number (RA#) must be obtained by contacting us by email at sinsations1@hotmail.com.

 

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns. Therefore, it is up to you as the customer, to make sure that all items are correct before placing your order.
